FAQ – TICKETS
Your ticket includes:
Water supply, electricity, garbage collection, security, medical assistance and access to the entire festival program, excluding additional services such as boats, rope parks, music therapy, massage and the like.
Free access for:
Children and young people up to and including16 years of age.
Visitors with a TELC and their companion.
Important for family tickets:
The family ticket is valid for families with a child/children. Both parents must be present. You must present a photo of your birth certificate at the entrance, and the presence of the child/children is mandatory for ticket validation.
Conditions for minors and minors:
Persons under 18 years of age may enter only with a companion and a completed declaration. It must be printed in two copies, one of which is given to the security guard and the other remains with the companion. One companion may bring up to two children of whom he is not the parent or guardian.
