join the festival’s volunteer community!
Volunteering at BEGLIKA is a fantastic opportunity to experience the uniqueness of our community. Here, we support one another, rely on each other, and find our individual roles within an organization that has been growing for 16 years!
At BEGLIKA, you’ll make new friends, gain valuable experience in organizing the event, and contribute all your strengths.
The work during the festival organization generally boils down to:
Painting and hanging roadside and other signs in the festival area
Explaining and providing information about the program and the festival events
Taking care of the construction of the community kitchens and the organization of provisions for them
Taking care of the water supply, firewood and campfires at the festival area and camp
Parking responsibilities and traffic flow direction
Responsibilities for maintaining a clean environment
Important to know as a volunteering candidate

1-st preparatory stage: July 22 – August 11
We form the heart of the team. We lay the foundations of the festival, get to know each other, and grow closer. We learn how to best interact with one another.
Our work is full-day with an afternoon break.

2-nd festival stage:
August 12 – 19
The festival begins to take shape, and we establish a well-organized structure. We’ll continue learning from and with each other, adjusting to the process, and you’ll pick up a lot on the go.
During the festival, there is a schedule, with each person having a personal shift of about 6 hours a day.
After August 16th, we clean up, pack, and organize. The goal is to leave Beglika as untouched as we found it.
